"I’m usually very happy with the food from this place, but today’s experience was disappointing. I picked up a panini at 5:45 PM, and unfortunately, it had such a strong taste of baking soda or baking powder that it was impossible to eat. After a long day at work, I was really looking forward to this meal, so it was quite upsetting. I hope this was just a one-time mistake, and I’d be happy to come back for a corrected meal if possible. I hope the team can take this into consideration."
