"This is one of only two restaurants I've found in the city that have a serious agenda on healthy food. It says in their menu that no food is ever fried or cooked in oil and always grilled and baked. Despite the fact that the food is not cooked in oil it still tastes as good as ever as I realized on trying it. I also like the fact that their various foods are made to target certain ailments. I tried the cholesterol buster freshly squeezed juice made of garlic, ginger, spinach and carrot. I also tried the Summer slam smoothie made of banana, blueberries, peanut butter, strawberries, honey and protein. They were all very good and refreshing drinks. I also had a Humus with Pita side order and enjoyed the South Beach Wrap made of grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, plum tomato and lite thousand island dressing in low-carb wrap. I also like the Avocado salad made with avocado, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions. Good healthy place to eat."
