"First and most important the environment of this newest sunset park sushi and Asian spot is truly creative, unique and very different. It's great for a change of atmosphere, break for lunch or just a new scenery. It is a Japanese restaurant at heart but the restaurant does offer a few BBQ options as well as fresh juices. With not too many sushi places around the neighborhood, it's a great addition. We sampled lunch options which includes 3 roll specials for $10, to start the Miso Soup was better than nearly any place we had tried before, full of seaweed, miso cubes and not overly salty that is the norm at all near places. We had the Yellowtail Jalapeno, Eel Cucumber, Spicy tuna and Salmon Cucumber roll just to see what's good and what's a pass. Everything was fresh, tasted delicious and the portion was just right, just the right amount of fish, toppings and seeds for flavor. Really good, the all of the rolls were good but favorites were the Eel and Yellowtail - just because it's my favorite sushi. So Sushi Factory is going into my favorite drawer right away!"
