"My absolute favorite food! I can eat this every single night! I have tried mostly everything but always go back to the spring rolls (delicious) And the Vermicelli! I really do hope that the restaurant will open again. We live in Dongan Hills and have tried the "other" Pho Mac, its good and also immaculate like Pho Mac on Richmond ave, but doesn't compare!! The staff is great, we always ate there until Covid, if you haven't ordered from Pho Mac, you're missing out on great and I would say healthy food compared to other restaurants! Can't wait to go pick up our dinner and it will take us at least 40 minutes to get there each way but it's defiinitely worth it!"

"It's more than "Good Food" for the previous reviewer. It's more like "Excellent food with authentic ethnicity that is hard to come by on Staten Island". It's the only Vietnamese restaurant and they do not take advantage of it, it's easy for them to skimp on the portions and decrease the quality of the food products, but they don't!.. This is most impressive that Pho Mac with a lack of competition still tends to compete with themselves by serving excellent food, the soups are incomparable to anyone in the tri-state area, there that good. House Special Dishes are top quality, presentation and full-fullness. It's a restaurant that we should be thankful for existing on the island, it's the small places like this that make a difference of what we eat and change our diets from the same old Pizza and Chinese!!"

"Where else are you going to go for pho on Staten Island? I get it, they keep raising the prices, but the cost of business is going up. And I'd rather pay $10 for a great bowl of pho at Pho Mac then pay $13 to cross a bridge and maybe get a great bowl of pho.
Get the big beef bowl. Toss in some Sri Racha. Bask in the heavenly glory.
Oh and get some spring rolls for the ride home. If you're not hungry, that's cool. Just drop them off at my place."

"Just so so and they keep raising their prices. That's what happens when you have no competition. When I want Vietnamese I head to Bay Ridge or Chinatown."

"It sucks that this is the only Vietnamese Restaurant on Staten Island and they do not offer delivery service. But thank god that the food is great p, otherwise we would not have any other options except to cross the bridge when we want some pho.
Actually this restaurant is better than most Vietnamese places in Brooklyn but at least they have some options. All the food is delicious, cooked somewhat healthy the dishes they serve and the complimentary tea you get makes for a great dining experience.
If you never tried Vietnamese food then here are some suggestions soup is a full meal, vermicelli is a great option, ask for their authenic lettuce wrapped meal letting you make your own bite."

"Very Very good, always consistent on what they serve, always fresh to the taste with great service. Authentic Vietnamese serves the best Pho Soup anywhere around us.
The reason for 4 stars is it wouldn't hurt to offer local delivery at least for lunch to the offices. They should be aware that it's not that easy to pick up at anytime so hopefully they can begin offering delivery around the neighborhood. Otherwise it would be 5 stars."

"Everything is delicious in this restaurant. I come here for lunch at least twice a week and it always impresses. Vietnamese food is very tasty, healthy and filling. Appetizer for summer rolls, the Pho Seafood soup, squid plates, vermicelli with pork or chicken is all very good.
Service can't be better and prices can't be beat, complimentary tea is always served when sitting down and everything comes out fresh.
This is the only Vietnamese restaurant on Staten Island so it's a bit hard to compare, but I tried a few places in Brooklyn and they were not as good."

"For anyone upset about Pho Mac not offering delivery, you can get some items delivered via doordash. Now you have to find something else to complain about on the internet. But the beef satay and summer rolls straight from the kitchen is the way to go. Everything here is delicious."

"I just left s review for the Sri Linkin restaurant next door which was excellent,,,, I figured I would leave one for pho Mac as well... I’ve been eating here for the past 2 or 3 years and I have to say this corner of Staten Island is the most diverse of anywhere else. Lemongrass shrimp or squid is very good. Spring rolls are served with lettuce and leaves also very good and summer rolls are to die for come with a peanut sauce. They serve quality food at slightly higher prices than standard Chinese take out very good all around we are regulars here."
