"I ordered a family meal yesterday through the order online option. 8 pieces of chicken, 2 sides and cornbread. I clicked the "include utensils" button. Came to $30 with tip. Food was fine. Delivered without bread or utensils. OK- Things happen. I called and wound up spending 8 minutes on the phone because the woman kept putting me on hold, 1st said I didn't order from them then said I ordered from another location. Since I'm a few blocks from Victory and the food got here in under 20 minutes that would be impossible. An hour later the corn bread arrived but no utensils, not even a napkin. There are plenty of other places to spend $30."
