"This restaurant is a true gem to Staten Island. At first I thought there was no food and it was just a juice bar. It looks like more than half the menu is juices and smoothies. But there is another half. The juice is excellent in itself, I hope its healthy and they are not adding any of the fake sugar and sweeteners that a place like tropical smoothie does. If they don't then its 5 stars all the way. Okay lets get to the food, it's Fresh, Fresh Flavors, fresh unique menu and fresh made. Everything is Fresh, in a true meaning, it is not copied from any other place on Staten Island, the items they serve are one of a kind and the recipes are clearly unique to this restaurant. While we only tried a Wraps, the Four Season wrap made with a Power Mixed Salad, Chicken, Avocado and Dijonnaise Dressing was so tasty, filling just right enough to taste healthy yet delicious. They do feature a build your own salad and have a selection of various salads. If the food that this restaurant serves is truly healthy, made with clean good quality ingredients, I can certainly say we will be regulars here and in a world with dozens upon dozens of restaurants just around the corner, they will do well."
