"My wife visited the restaurant and ordered 2 main courses, instead of the cashier checking the order when she gave it to us, she asked if my wife ordered something and my wife said yes so the cashier gave my wife a order without checking it. When we got home, we realized the order was wrong entirely, so I called the restaurant and told the so-called owner and manager it was the wrong order, she said it wasn't their fault and that it was my wife's fault, so then this so-called manager and owner told me to go back to the restaurant and get the right order. But I refused to pick up an order that was already cold so I asked for a refund. This so-called owner and manager advised that she cannot do that and was willing to call the police on me. So I stayed there until she got the real owner who then took care of the situation. After getting my refund I was on my way out the door, the same so-called owner and manager wanted to speak to me outside the restaurant, I told her I don't have time to speak to someone that doesn't have management skills and are not the owner of the business, she didn't accept this response and told me that she didn't need the job, then an owner of a bubble tea drink Cafe was so nosey and told me to back off but I told him to mind his damn business. All in all, the customer service at Duck Wong Wonton Restaurant is outrageously terrible and wanted to serve me food that had already expired."
