"Wow DaNoi is more than a Staten Island Gem. I had never been to an Italian Restaurant that I enjoyed so much. Everything from the service upon entering the casual sit-down to the prompt waiter suggestions was simply impeccable. The food was simply outstanding, portions were very large and the food was very tasty. Very thoughtful preparation of all items, sauces are delicious. DaNoi is no less than a five star restaurant."

"Service wonderful! Everyone is so accomodating and helpful. And the food is great! Especially the stuffed artichokes, salads, veal martini, capriosa, Have never been disappointed. Its never a problem to adjust a dish based on dietary needs, either. One of my favorites!"

"I am not a fan of this restaurant. I've been here three times and the food was bad each time. My food was always swimming in oil, and the flavor was bland. I ordered the veal Bolognese and it was drowning in cream, the sauce was such a light pink it only tasted like cream! The pasta was over cooked and mushy too. I ordered a dessert there once, the flourless chocolate cake and it was so gritty with sugar it hurt my teeth. For the price, this food should be higher quality. The service is decent, but that can't make up for the food."
